Overview

OceanPact is one of the main maritime service providers in Brazil. We provide services related to the study, protection, monitoring and sustainable use of the sea, coastline and marine resources in the oil and gas sector, as well as in several other sectors of the economy, including ports, navigation, mining, energy and telecommunications.

We have two operating segments, vessels and services, and operate across the following three business units:

  • Environment – Environment, which includes environmental protection services, oceanographic surveys, licensing and environmental studies, operational safety, and environmental remediation.
    Representing 26% of the Company’s consolidated net revenue in 2025. OceanPact is positioned as one of the leading companies providing environmental solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas, Port Terminals, Mining and Steel, Energy, and Petrochemical sectors, among others.
  • Subsea – Services related to geophysics, geotechnics, inspection, repair and maintenance, support to construction and decommissioning. This business unit accounted for 63% of our consolidated net operating revenue in 2025. The Company offers the services mentioned above to customers in the Oil and Gas, Energy and Telecommunications sectors.
  • Logistics and Engineering – Services related to maritime logistics, offshore support bases, port and coastal engineering. This business unit accounted for 11% of our consolidated net operating revenue in 2025.
